JUST A WARNING FOR ANYONE WHOS LOOKING FOR A GOOD SERVICE
Super rude staff, sat down for few minutes didn't get any service not even a glass of water my wife went to restroom someone drop off ONE menu for 4 people!! We decided to leave all of sudden someone jumped on us like they captured criminals !!! I REPEAT we didn't even get anything but one menu for four people, not even a glass of water! Then he said you wasted our time were clearly he was the one wasting our time! Then he demanded us to pay for the toilet that my wife used !!!!! Which we asked how much and he asked 1 euro so we paid and left. The experience was beyond any imagination and the guy so called himself manager was super cheap! -

Today evening we, a family of four, went to this restaurant in Rome for dinner. A waiter came and very rudely put the drink menu on the table and one food menu for four people!!? and disappeared! One of us used the toilet in the meantime. When she came back still there was not even a glass of water on the table! We decided to leave but the rude waiter block us saying you have used the toilet and can't leave without paying for toilet!! We paid ONE Euro (!) for use of toilet and left. Thanks God we didn't eat in such a cheap restaurant with such a rude waiter. Never ever would like to eat in such cheap restaurant.

We were strolling along the street and came upon this restaurant. We were greeted by one of the servers who tried to sell us a tomahawk steak. It felt like we were at a car dealership. The pricing was confusing, but when I pressed him about the price, he fessed up that it was going to be 900 euros! Be ware fellow tourists. They will try to scam you here. The server who was all friendly up to this point stopped serving us the whole night and we had to rely on other servers to get food. The service is not good, the food is even worse. When I went back to use the facilities, I was a bunch of seri Lankan men cooking the authentic italian food. I even saw one of the servers picking off of a plate a peace of cheese as it was being served from the kitchen. The chefs were all Munching as they were cooking in the back.

I wish we had checked yelp first! Terrible service and worse food! No wonder it's one of the places with lower scores. The bolognese was terrible. I would not recommend going here while in Roma.
